2. What the service provides
Graywolf Monitor Check displays browser-rendered color fields, grids, tonal ramps, sharpness targets, and motion references for visual inspection. The service does not access display hardware diagnostics, measure physical pixels, calibrate a panel, repair defects, or issue a pass/fail certificate.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful personal or business evaluation. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, overload infrastructure, misrepresent results as measurements produced by the service, or use the site in violation of another person’s rights or applicable law.
4. Visual comfort and safety
Some tests use high-contrast patterns, bright colors, or moving and changing fields. Stop immediately if you experience eye strain, dizziness, nausea, headache, or discomfort. People with photosensitive conditions should avoid animated or rapidly changing patterns unless advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. Keep brightness at a comfortable level.
5. Your decisions
Display appearance varies with hardware, settings, browser rendering, scaling, ambient light, viewing angle, and human perception. Repeat observations under appropriate conditions and consult the retailer, manufacturer, or a qualified technician before making a purchase, return, repair, or warranty decision.
6. Intellectual property and third-party code
The site’s branding, copy, and presentation are protected as applicable. Portions of the underlying screen-test template are distributed under the MIT License included with the source files. Third-party services and linked materials remain subject to their own terms.
7. Advertising and external links
The site may display advertising or link to third-party resources. Those parties control their own content, availability, privacy practices, and terms. An advertisement is not an endorsement by Graywolf Monitor Check.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or defect detection. No pattern is guaranteed to reveal every display issue.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for decisions made from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and availability
